  • What does the HOA cover?

    The Homeowners Association at The Vineyard is responsible for trash, irrigation, snow removal, lawn care, and the Vineyard Clubhouse.

  • How is the HOA managed?

    Currently, the HOA at The Vineyard is overseen by a management company, Cushman & Wakefield.


    "An HOA Management Company is a third-party company hired by the Declarant to assist them with the community's day-to-day needs. The company, however, is not typically a decision-maker and instead facilitates the enactment of decisions made by the Declarant.  The management company carries out the directives of the Declarant and carries out enforcement of the HOA's rules and policies. The company maintains the HOA's corporate records and produces financial reports."
